PC Properties (SW) Ltd owns a portfolio of residential property across west Cornwall, concentrated in the Camborne–Redruth–Truro corridor, with further holdings in Newquay and on the north coast.
Some of the homes in the portfolio were acquired as standing stock. Others were built as new schemes — Wheal Tehidy Croft, Carn Terrace, Wilkinson Gardens, Treruffe Vean — and retained rather than sold on.
We work to a long-term hold strategy. Acquisition and development are funded through established commercial lending relationships.
The company is run day-to-day by a small team. Decisions on acquisitions, lettings, and tenant matters are made in-house rather than passed through an external agency.
Tenants deal direct with the management team. Landowners and partners bringing deal flow deal direct with the directors.
The operational side of the portfolio — tenancies, rent collection, maintenance, compliance — is run through dedicated property management systems.
